It shouldn’t be part of your daily regimen for fat loss. ⁣ ⁣ real working women ( or ones with no energy) have 𝐧𝐨 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐝𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐨. ⁣ ⁣ Doing so will only put them deeper in the low hormone hole. ⁣ ⁣ I’ve been there. ⁣ ⁣ 𝐋𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐡𝐲𝐫𝐨𝐢𝐝, 𝐏𝐂𝐎𝐒, 𝐚𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐟𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐮𝐞, 𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲, 𝐛𝐚𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐬, 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐦 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐢𝐭! ⁣ ⁣ I tried the meds, therapy, and alternative docs.⁣ ⁣ Nothing worked. ⁣ ⁣ I 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐧 𝐜𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐞.
