What If 𝘩𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘴 weren’t really to blame? what if 𝘢𝘨𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘥 𝘯𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘥𝘰 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘪𝘵? what if 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐬 𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧’𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐰𝐞𝐫? what if everything we’ve been told was a surface-level lie? because it is. The 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥 reason that nothing has worked in the past, is because the root cause hasn’t been addressed. It comes down to addressing unseen trauma & How we think. It’s not about what happened to us but what didn’t happen. even if we had great parents, the odds are, that they weren’t health or fitness experts, magazine cover models, energy healer-life coaches who partnered with the nation’s top fitness physicians who healed their auto-immune & confidence issues. going back to the point of the video… cardio is an adjunct therapy at best. It shouldn’t be part of your daily regimen for fat loss. real working women ( or ones with no energy) have 𝐧𝐨 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐝𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐨. Doing so will only put them deeper in the low hormone hole. I’ve been there. 𝐋𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐡𝐲𝐫𝐨𝐢𝐝, 𝐏𝐂𝐎𝐒, 𝐚𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐟𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐮𝐞, 𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲, 𝐛𝐚𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐬, 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐦 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐢𝐭!
