YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT

What you put into your body is the fuel that will energize you both mentally and physically each day. You can easily stick to this nutrition plan by

A.) DO your grocery shopping on a day during the week where you can devote a certain amount of time to prepping your food for the week ahead.

B.) Preparing yourfood and storing on the set date. Ex: boil eggs, bake meats, cut and wash produce, cook pasta, make protein bars/pancakes , potatoes etc; measure your portions so that you can stick to your caloric needs.

Package everything in containers for easy access. “Blueberries last longer in airtight containers vs. the plastic crate from the grocery store” you get my drift? I will give you a few examples at the end of this guide for you to follow or use as guides.

C.) Carry a good insulated cooler…. 24-7. You never leave this bad boy behind. You will depend on the cooler same as you would oxygen…. If you fail to do so, before you know it, 3 p.m. rolls around and McDonald’s dollar menu starts looking very satisfying.

Bam, it happens – you are slurping down high blood pressure, high cholesterol, love handles, flabby arms, double chin, pot belly, and sabotaged your program. Yes one “unplanned” cheat can lead to destruction. Don’t fool yourself with the famous oh it’s ok, I will do extra cardio.

Here is my question to you. Why work that hard, cheat and just be right back where you started? You will chase that 501b tail of yours around for years. Besides, in the Hotmomz Lifestyle, you can get a weekly off plan meal to satisfy your cravings.
