1. Close friends and family saying things like,
“Just one cookie won’t hurt you.” “you are so lucky to be in such good shape.” “You are so disciplined; I don’t know how you do it.” “Why can’t you just live a little?” “You look too skinny. Is everything OK?”
“I can’t wait for your diet and so that you’re normal again” “It isn’t healthy to eat that way all the time””Your organs or shut down with all those vitamins you take.””I’m worried about you. You hardly eat.” “You’re obsessed!”
2. You WILL be unprepared and mess up, feel horrible and want to quit.
Keep going anyway.
3. You WILL have old patterns creep
where you want to binge eat donuts and say screw it. That’s the days where you need a extra workout, appetite suppressant, glass of wine, or watch some of my motivational videos in hotmomz or just go watch something that inspires you.
4. jealous spouse
Can potentially shut everything down by being verbally abusive. Say strong and be sure you don’t show judgment because they aren’t choosing to change their lifestyle. Love them anyway and try not to leave them out. DON’T try and force them onto them! Let them know that you aren’t going to leave them when you get sexy ;) being more confident and having high self esteem will only make you a better spouse. there is NOTHING wrong with wanting to look better. MAKE SURE you are doing this for you. How do or will you know if you are doing this for you? you won’t allow someone’s comments to derail you, is how.
