I rarely eat Honey because of it’s high carbohydrate content ( I rather have actual food) so I use Liquid Stevia Extract. If I do eat honey, it’s raw and local.
for a late night craving or sweet tooth, try sugar free reddy whip over berries if you need a sweet treat. Plain organic kefir taste great with stevia as well. My favorite night time sweet tooth fruit is a tossup between, pomegranate seed, mango or blackberries.
Simple sugars- aka ice cream , cookies, sweets- that should be avoided unless you are lifting weights or in a athletic event.
to get healthy asap, avoid these…soda, sweets, sugary cereals, juice drinks, cookies, cakes, crackers. replace with liquid stevia extract or splenda, get a GOOD yummy tasting protein shake and stick to the meal plans. Have 1-2 off plan “not so healthy meal” each week to keep your mind and soul happy. You may find that after you clean up your diet the old low vibration food makes you feel icky and slow.
