Answer: QUIT EATING ice cream and peanut butter with chips AT 10pm. Stop eating HUGE dinners. Load up on calories in the am and taper off as the day goes on. GET IN BED before 11 pm.
Your hormones need resetting if you aren’t hungry in the morning and fall victim to the nighttime binge. It won’t KILL you to break the habit and go to bed a little hungry. trust the process! This will take a GOOD month to grow accustomed to. If you MUST have something sweet after you eat, go for fruit. A bowl full of watermelon has 200 less cals than 1 scoop of ice cream.
This is a lifestyle change., it took you a few years to get the way you are now use your will power and EAT! matter of fact, you probably eat like your parents and that’s why you think your body and health is ‘genetics’. Your knee caps and hair may be genetics however, you can CHANGE your health DNA if you start in time. It’s just like finances. Just because you grow up in poverty doesn’t meat you have to stay poor. It will be a little more challenging to be rich because you grew up with a poverty type mindset however, you CAN change!
