Grocery List

Protein

Pick or choose any! you will replace your normal meats with these. These are the foods I would recommend you switch to so that you get healthy as fast as possible.

  • Roast Sirloin
  • 96% lean ground beef
  • 93% Lean ground turkey
  • Eggs omega 3 enriched
  • liquid egg whites in carton
  • protein shakes ( See toolkit for my top picks with direct links) 
  • Tuna in water – can or foil packs
  • deli meat ( any kind you want) try oven roasted turkey
  • jennie o turkey sausage ( breakfast sausage- not links)
  • tuna can in water
  • ANY wild caught Fish

Carbs/Breads

  • natures own no sugar added bread
  • Ezekiel bread ( any flavor) and you must keep in freezer and toast when you’re ready to eat) sold in freezer natural section.
  • Brown rice- uncle bens 90 sec ready rice or boil in bag success rice
  • quinoa – frozen ( because it’s easier)
  • whole wheat pasta or the new super green made from vegetables pasta

Natural or specialty section

  • Ezekiel bread cinnamon raisin
  • Annie’s ketchup ( organic)
  • chia seed – any brand
  • Imagine Broth if cooking roast- make sure it has no added sugar in ingredients

Dairy

  • Organic String cheese/Weight Watchers smoked string cheese
  • fat free feta or organic horizon slices or low fat shredded cheese
  • Organic butter -salted or unsalted
  • Sugar Free reddy Whip
  • organic low fat or fat free milk
  • almond milk coffee creamer
  • Organic low fat low sugar greek yogurt
  • kefir

DELI Section

  • Hummus classic
  • fat free feta
  • whole wheat tortilla

Canned/frozen

  • any green veggies you like -low sodium
  • I buy frozen berries and frozen artichoke hearts ( artichoke hearts have lot’s of fiber)

Oil

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • MCT oil to cook with
  • cooking spray – not canola

Condiments

  • no sugar added peanut butter like smuckers natural
  • almond butter or sunbutter for those with allergies
  • ms dash marinades
  • low sugar bbq sauces or anything low sugar
  • A1 and things like that help makes boring dishes taste a little better
  • Low fat mayo or Mayo made with grapeseed oil
  • guacamole

SEASONING

  • chef paul prudhomme ( any flavor)
  • no sugar in ingredients garlic salt
  • Ms Dash taco Seasoning
  • Longhorn seasoning taste great
  • taco seasoning ( look for one with least amount of sugar in ingredients)

Cereal Isle

Anything with 6 grams of sugar or less in a serving

  • Rice Crispies
  • Chex gluten free plain
  • Kellogs Bran Flakes and add your own blueberries
  • kashi Honey Sunshine

Chips

  • Pop chips ( may be in natural section)
  • low fat ruffles
  • Veggie Chips ( off the eaten path Brand)
  • any low fat chips or you can make your own tortilla chips.

PRODUCE

(you can get fresh or frozen) I am only going to name a few of my favorites. If you don’t like vegetables, take your multi-vitamin and try baby food squeeze packs. They have some with spinach or Kale hidden inside of fruity blends.

  • sweet potato
  • red potato 
  • optional frozen or fresh spinach for your egg omelet
  • optional fresh or frozen berries- only Blackberries/blueberries
  • pears, grapefruit or citrus if not on BP medicine
  • berries are the best fruit of choice bs apples, banana etc. ( they have less sugar)

DRINKS

  • diet soda
  • Use Liquid Stevia for sweet tea ( buy tea and prepare unsweet)
  • La croix
  • STIR water enhancer (flavored water drops sweetened w stevia)

SUGAR/Sweetener/SWEETS/Ice Cream

  • Liquid Stevia Extract- natural section/specialty section $12 bottle last a while! (NOT IN SPLENDA ISLE)
  • Walden farms products (syrup/marshmallow cream for potatoes if you want it)- caramel (which would taste great over apples)
  • Lilys chocolate – whole foods store item or order online.
  • Ice Cream- Halo Top, Artic Zone or ben & jerry dairy free.
  • fat free devils food cake
  • sugar free goodies of any kind

Nuts/Nut Butter

  • Almond Butter
  • Sunflower butter
  • any nut butters except peanut butter ( peanut butter can act as a trigger food to make you crave more
  • sugar and it’s a mold carrier.
  • any nuts are ok except peanuts

PROTEIN/PROTEIN BARS

  • Quest Bars- any flavor -most grocery stores even walmart/nutrition stores and online.
  • RX Bars- publix, sprouts, whole foods

Supplements

  • Omega 3 capsule (barleans brand) NOT 3-6-9 ( some grocery stores sell this or buy online or vitamin shoppe)
  • whole food vitamin- online, sprouts, whole foods etc. One that’s made from actual food vs chemicals.
