Beginners – try and Eat every 2 to 3 hours.  

This let’s your metabolism know that you are going to provide it with steady nutrients so it can “let go” ofthe fat and not store it. ( can you get lean and eat 2x•s a day and or intermittent fasting? yes, but this is an intro to the lifestyle and my advice is to crawl before you ride a unicycle.

Aim for breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, before bed snack optional. Eat within your first waking hour – I like to follow the 20/20 rule. Eat 20 grams of protein within 20 min ofwaking.

Breakfast is very important; if you break it down…you are breaking the fast. If you aren’t hungry in the mornings, it’s from hormones you have trained over the years that is causing you not be hungry so we have to “undo” them.

Force it so we can reset your metabolism. Studies show that eating a HUGE breakfast or breakfast eaters in general lose more weight than those that do not.
