11 Simple Lifestyle Hacks To Get Fit & Healthy

This program was created by Casey Shipp and is for anyone who is looking to change their lifestyle to get fit or healthy. 

Maybe you have a life threatening disease like type 2 diabetes that could be reversed simply by changing dietary habits or maybe you just need to get healthy and lose 25 lbs. This is for you.

This guide was written in 2009 when I first began my fitness journey. It is very special to me because at the time, I had ZERO credibility in the health and fitness industry. I had dreams of becoming a professional fitness model and changing the lives of millions.

The only thing I had to make me credible were a few family testimonies and of course, I had my own.
Taking you back…During our start-up company in 08, we (husband and l) became VERY unhealthy, depressed and lost everything…financially.

We were following the typical corporate lifestyle. wake up, no breakfast, eating pastries in the office break room or whatever they had out. Going until lunch to ingest about 1500 cals from a fatty delivery or office food truck. Dinner was take out and A LOT OF alcohol to deal with feeling crappy and stress from working 60+ with our new business.

I was inspired by a gal I saw on a magazine cover who oozed fitness, sexy, health and strength. Working out and exercising has always been something I wanted to do, I just didn’t know how or what to do. I would go to the gym and use equipment not knowing how to perform specific reps or sets to attain a goal.

I thought that running a mile was “working out” I thought that eating salads ( cesar salads- which are higher in calories than a big mac and fries), and that raw broccoli and a store bought protein shake was all you needed to get healthy.

I didn’t know A LOT but What I DID know was that putting effort into training and eating made me feel really good about myself! kind of like when you go on vacation, you want to workout in their gym but have no clue what you are doing.. all you know is that is feels good and you’re inspired.

I joined a gym in the city where we lived at the time (buckhead, a part of Atlanta GA). I started reading and applying what I would read about nutrition and training until I had people asking “what I was training for”. I lost about 4 pants sizes and helped my husband lose close to 100.

I KNEW then that HEALTH and FITNESS was my calling. I had a natural gift for nutrition. I grew up in such a unhealthy way.

Sick all the time, anti-biotics, re-occurring sinus infections , Gl issues, hormonal issues, depression, anxiety.. YOU NAME IT! I had it and so did my family. Little did I know it was the food we were putting in our bodies!

I became so passionate about getting this information out to people that I became a trainer and started writing meal plans, grocery store shopping for clients in 2010, and providing education to athletic teams to enhance performance and prolong the parents life by providing tips on how to survive the “busy kid” life.
I can’t tell you how many lives this program has changed.

I have watched kids and people that followed it, turn into health coaches themselves! I have watched diseases be healed and back problems fade because they were able to get weight off. It may not work for you but I DO hope you gain a nugget that changes things for the positive.
