I can’t tell you how many people take one or two little things from this guide and look back in a year to say.. “l am down 30 lbs just from following what you said about switching this to that”.

Take pics and take measurements. hang on to them. If you opt out of measurements and pictures, Just look for things like slimming of the face, rings or jewelry fitting more loosely, and your friends or co-workers to give you a compliment.

Remember, It takes about 8-12 weeks for others to recognize change in someone else. Even if you aren’t seeing DRAMATIC biggest loser results, hang in there. It may take a year to see a big shift.
