My Food

I will try and make pics of my food and explain why I eat them as part of my prep for the Worlds Aug 25th in Canada! I love eating! I also like to cook.. It’s therapeutic to me. The first pic Is my 6th meal of the day. Usually some type of lean red meat, BIG salad and a fat source. I had 96% lean ground beef with MUSTARD, romaine lettuce, celery, green beans, avocado, ms dash and raw organic apple cidar vinegar. Greens will make you lean!food1

 

The second food pic is whole wheat tortilla, natural BBQ sauce, boneless skinless chicken breast, fat free cheddar cheese to glue it all together and water. This was a meal for my refeed day. It’s a high carb day with very little fat and a tad bit of protein. Its works for body.

my third picture adventure is BARLEY. I’m getting tired of being hugry! SOOOO i switched my Carb sources from oatmeal, sweet potatoes and brown rice to Wheat Bran, Barley, grapefruit and beans. Foods like this are low on the Glycemic index and have lots of fiber which will keep m full longer.. A full satisfied Casey is a Happy one. I bought black barley and soaked overnight. I will post a pic when I eat it tomorrow. 🙂food3food4
