1. Cooler- It can be from walmart or it can be a yeti. Just grab something that keeps your food cold
2. Food Scale – Digital. You can find the one I use in Toolkit or check out target.
3.Gym Membership- or commercial equipment at your home. Barbell rack, leg press, heavy DB, cable for high and low rows.
4. Bodyfat Monitor- Bodyweight Scale or get a scale that has a bodyfat reader built in.
5. Plastic containers or ziplocks if you don’t have anything to store your food.
