POINTS TO REMEMBER
- Reaching the point of feeling disgusting and fat, you have to keep on moving- be active. You have to stay on schedule and SHOW UP!
- Follow advice ONLY from those you admire.
- There is a way that you can modify the workouts by not laying down at ALL. Monitor heart rate and lower the volume overall- instead of 4 sets, do 2 sets until 2nd trimester or deep into trimester.
- Anything that causes pain, switch and go with Seated Row or Back exercises. No abs, no HIIT unless you were already doing a ton.
- You have to eat during, before, after and drink pedialyte because blood volume will get that ass!!!
- High progesterone is the reason why so many pregnant women complain of constipation.
- Follow the meal plan to make sure you are eating enough and healthy then add whatever you crave once a week.
- DRINK protein shakes!!!! when you don’t want meat or the Doc’s telling you to hold back on fruit.. go with shakes! I have ONE ..heck a FEW that taste amazing! they don’t “taste” healthy or chalky
