Whatever supplements they put you on.. DO NOT run out. make sure you put in the order for new ones BEFORE you run out and only if you’ve done a follow up check in to make sure you still need to be on the same dose. You will need to change supplements pretty often bc they body changes so fast or maybe you need a different one all together. they lose patience with patients that run out and stay off supplements then come back like the walking dead and slack on follow-up.
also, tell Nirel you are ok with doing whatever to get healthy and if she asks how you feel.. don’t play anything down! If you act as if you feel fine, they will wonder why you’re there.
