to Become a patient-This is more pricey than Betterliving. This office is BEST for those wanting to focus on Physique- I use this doc for physique goals and betterliving for adrenals and thyroid.  

Dr. Rand McClain and his office work with Famous Actors and actresses, athletes and high level performance individuals. It’s worth it though! They do everything similar to Betterliving in terms of follow-up, bloodwork etc.

Insurance should cover blood work- let them know your location- If local, it’s prob best to go in FASTED. At 730 am mon-sat

If out of state- they can order your bloodwork and work with you remotely

Betterliving- Nirel the BIO nurse is ok with working with you vs the doctor so ask about her rates vs the dr.s .

Stay current on the follow-up game with them via email bc they won’t chase you down.

Whatever supplements they put you on.. DO NOT run out. make sure you put in the order for new ones BEFORE you run out and only if you’ve done a follow up check in to make sure you still need to be on the same dose. You will need to change supplements pretty often bc they body changes so fast or maybe you need a different one all together. they lose patience with patients that run out and stay off supplements then come back like the walking dead and slack on follow-up.

also, tell Nirel you are ok with doing whatever to get healthy and if she asks how you feel.. don’t play anything down! If you act as if you feel fine, they will wonder why you’re there.
