I like to prepare any meat ahead of time. That way I can use it throughout the day and week.

I also buy canned chicken and tuna or the tuna pouches and BABY FOOD! for easy access to protein and veggies/fruit mix.

You can make protein pancakes ahead of time, put parchment paper in between and stick them in the freezer for easy access.

Buy Frozen! as much as you can.
