Roasted red potatoes are a delicious side dish that pairs perfectly with just about everything. This recipe for crispy roasted potatoes is incredibly easy to make. 

ROASTED RED POTATOES

Ingredients

  • 1 lb small Red Potatoes
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Grill Mates Steak Rub
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cut red potatoes into 4’s and boil until tender.
  2. Place on baking sheet or dish- spray  lightly with cooking spray and COAT with grill mates steak rub, Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 30min and take out, turn, add more seasoning and bake for about another 30 min or until crispy.
