SLEEP RULE FOR HOTMOMZ
- If you get LESS than 7 hours of SLEEP, DO NOT TRAIN!
- Follow your meal plan and if you MUST go to the gym to stay on schedule,
- do LISS Cardio (see cardio edu), Foam Roll or Stretch/Easy Flow Yoga from Youtube. I will Include a link to the Yoga page.
- If you get 6:55 or 6-7 ongoing and really need the gym for sanity. You can go in and do 1 set of everything at 60% of your Max. OR just go in and do Exercise A from your workouts. EXAMPLE: Squats may be your first exercises ( exercise a). ONLY do the squats and get out. The 10 minutes is better than zero until we can get your sleep under control.
