OMEGA 3 CAPSULE & PROTEIN POWDER
The Brands I like and trust are listed in the Toolkit or ask question in the FB group. Take 3 Omega 3 a day. Protein Powder type depends on what your Food Sensitivity says. If you can’t have dairy, then go for one of the vegan brands I have listed in the toolkit
-We try to fit the 3 omega 3 into the meal plans HOWEVER, if you’re following the plan and it has only 2, just take 2.
If you are tracking your own calories, try to fit the 3 a day into your calories.
If the meal plan has more than 3 capsules, that’s ok too, just follow the plan.
To sum it up- Take whatever the starting meal plan says… If you don’t follow the plan, get 3 in a day no matter what!
