
TURKEY MEATLOAF
Ingredients
- 16 oz raw, Fit & Easy Ground Turkey
- 45 g Gluten Free Oatmeal
- 6 tbsp Liquid Egg Whites
- 0.50 cup Organic Chopped Spinach (frozen)
- 85 g Red, Yellow, Green Bell Pepper Strips
- 30 ml 1T Ketchup
- 10 ml Amino Liquid
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare a standard loaf pan.
- Melt coconut oil in a sauté pan over medium heat.
- Cook onion and garlic in melted oil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Place the cooked onion and garlic in a large bowl to cool for 5 minutes.
- Mix turkey, bread crumbs, egg, ketchup, and pepper with onion mixture.
- Shape into loaf and place on a baking pan.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes or until cooked completely through. Enjoy!
