TURKEY MEATLOAF

Ingredients

  • 16 oz raw, Fit & Easy Ground Turkey
  • 45 g  Gluten Free Oatmeal
  • 6 tbsp Liquid Egg Whites
  • 0.50 cup Organic Chopped Spinach (frozen)
  • 85 g Red, Yellow, Green Bell Pepper Strips
  • 30 ml 1T Ketchup
  • 10 ml Amino Liquid

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare a standard loaf pan. 
  2. Melt coconut oil in a sauté pan over medium heat. 
  3. Cook onion and garlic in melted oil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 
  4. Place the cooked onion and garlic in a large bowl to cool for 5 minutes. 
  5. Mix turkey, bread crumbs, egg, ketchup, and pepper with onion mixture. 
  6. Shape into loaf and place on a baking pan.
  7. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until cooked completely through. Enjoy!
