this is a mix between 9-17 and 9-18

Some times you just want FRENCH toast! this is ezekiel bread warmed and soaked in healthy french toast mixture. and liquid egg whites! Im using joesphs sugar free syrup.. it is NOT calorie free.. walden farms is calorie free! and taste great.

Once again… my loaded baked potato.. i put a little bit TOO much yogurt on ..oops. had with turkey I think.. ALWAYS eat a protein every time food goes in your mouth.. followed by a carb and fat

My snacks today was apple dipped in peanut butter (take that back.. it was my dessert!)

SANDWICH!   ahhh  no sugar added deli turkey meat, no sugar added whole wheat natures own bread, toasted, cheese, avocado, mustard, and juicy maters! some mayo would be good! but i rather have fat in my cheese.

Since the 18th was national cheeseburger day…. We had Burger Fi in Kennesaw GA downtown. it was greasy.. i personally like fudruckers buffalo burger.. it’s big, flavorful and lean.. not as greasy as most places.. my mouth had a film of grease all day.. the fries were mediocre.. muy fav french fries are prob checkers! lol. bojangles, chic fil a .. i usually don’t eat fried food.. maybe twice a year.. HOWEVER… i can still gain bodyfat from eating healthy food! I choose not to indulge in freied food often only bc heart  disease runs so rapidly in my family. to me, fried food is heaven! but i know it will prob send me to heaven faster than anything lol. maybe not.. who knows?

now, when was the last time you had cheese toast??!! low fat organic mozarella! on natures own whole wheat no sugar added.. I usually eat ezekiel! 

I have been enjoying these at night! between this and funky monkey… it’s so good, you are sad when it’s over.. no chalky taste.. it taste like a healthy type milkshake.. weird…

This was snack! low fat organic cottage cheese with cinnamon and apple. with some raw almonds..  I buy Organic dairy bc I am all about healthy pro-biotics. when you eat plain dairy..it’s mostly loaded with hormones and anti-biotics. dairy is know to clog the lymphatic system and be mucous forming (bacteria forming) but sometimes I want it.. the calcium from dairy actually helps you burn more fat. so I tell my clients.. If you can tolerate and are getting results on dairy.. go for it!
