I’m a spiritual mystic who integrates plant medicine, quantum physics, and energetics into business strategy. I see patterns others miss and I help women integrate power without burnout and build from authentic overflow rather than survival mode.

I’m married to Skip ( of 20 years) , and we collaborate on couples work. I’m a mother. I operate within a plant medicine community. I evolved from fitness and life coaching into ultra high-ticket business transformation and feminine embodiment work, driven by a deep knowing that wealth is a nervous system, not a strategy.

My work is rooted in authenticity over polish, raw, real, unfiltered. I help successful female leaders who have “built everything they wanted but feel dead inside” to break up with the wounded masculine coaching industry’s manipulation tactics, and attract high-caliber clients and opportunities while having slow mornings, aligned appointments vs forced meetings, while being deeply present, and not abandoning their soul to hit metrics.

My mission: help women stop outsourcing their magic to coaches, funnels, and made-up, outdated formulas, and remember that the big stages they’re chasing isn’t hiding in another module. It’s sitting in their body, waiting for them to stop performing someone else’s blueprint.
