can use app for answering questions or updating stats

2. click, profile, metrics then check in assesments

3. update weight bodyfat and questions ( per coach request) 

4. Update pics ( per coach request) minimum of every 4 weeks

5. you do not have to do your measurements every week. Take them in the beginning and every 4-8 weeks.

6. pics and full body- see, “how to take progress pics”

7. Have Nutriplan Tracking adherance filled out or your meals saved so Your coach can view
