Recipe that gives you all the comforting flavors of a sweet pumpkin pie in an easy recipe you can prep ahead and enjoy for breakfast!

Pumpkin pie overnight oats

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Quick Quaker Oats
  • 76g Libby’s Pumpkin Puree
  • 76g Silk Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 4 1/2 g Chia Seeds
  • 1.4g Ground Nutmeg
  • 2g Ground Cinnamon 
  • 4.3g Pure Maple Syrup

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients except toppings in a jar or other container with tight fitting lid and give a good stir. 
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 5 hours.
  3. In AM add additional liquid if you would like, once you achieve desired consistency add toppings.

Optional Toppings
Chopped Pecans and Maple Syrup – WILL INCREASE MACROS
