Recipe that gives you all the comforting flavors of a sweet pumpkin pie in an easy recipe you can prep ahead and enjoy for breakfast!

Pumpkin pie overnight oats
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Quick Quaker Oats
- 76g Libby’s Pumpkin Puree
- 76g Silk Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 4 1/2 g Chia Seeds
- 1.4g Ground Nutmeg
- 2g Ground Cinnamon
- 4.3g Pure Maple Syrup
Instructions
- Place all ingredients except toppings in a jar or other container with tight fitting lid and give a good stir.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 5 hours.
- In AM add additional liquid if you would like, once you achieve desired consistency add toppings.

Chopped Pecans and Maple Syrup – WILL INCREASE MACROS
